Separate usage and supply chain which I think will make it easier to create (and read). Note that the supply chain threat model is TODO. Additionally, add some out of scope items and a clarification for out of scope items.

Closing this as I'm currently not convinced diagrams like these add much to the documentation. That being said, the exercise did result in improvements (#1289) to the "What to Report" section. |
