The fix introduced in PR1281 picks up the domain corner cells when extrapolating eddy viscosities outside domain boundaries. However, a similar change must be made to the y-direction to pick up local corner cells with domain decomposition. This fix case affects simulations with non-periodic lateral BCs and MOST boundary conditions.
