- Added Simulator::GetMinimapWindow()
- Annotated and documented unknown Minimap, Cell, and misc vars
- Annotated which OTDBParameters actually work (needs further testing)
- Cleaned up a few typos and extraneous comments
- Changed some unknown vars to more likely/readable data types
