Here is an implementation of my proposed feature request

Update an external float variable with the movingRatio calculated internally to permit calibration of the detection ration threshold within an app
Detect anomalies = like motion detection but producing a signal throughout the period that an anomaly is present in the camera frame

The moving points ratio is already exposed publicly, no need to pass a pointer. You can access it using detection.movingRatio (assigned in line 131 in detection.h file)

I need some time to digest this pull request. Anomaly detection as you explained it is in the scope of this library, so I will add it.
