this change is solves multi architecture builds of the Logstash docker image, as in accordance to the documentation at https://github.com/docker-library/official-images?tab=readme-ov-file#multiple-architectures, where copying architecture dependant binaries requires either different directories (the path taken by this commit) or different git shas for each architecture..
