This candidate is the first release for the modular version of Eclipse VOLTTRON 10.0.0rc. In this modular structure, releases are a collection of modules each with their own versions under the overall release. The complete release plan is available here.

This repository provides web services for the VOLTTRON™ platform. The volttron-lib-web library extends the platform by exposing a web based REST api and allows extension web agents to register with the platform.
