This candidate is the first release for the modular version of Eclipse VOLTTRON 10.0.0rc. In this modular structure, releases are a collection of modules each with their own versions under the overall release. The complete release plan is available here.

This repository contains a generic SQL Historian library that can be used to implement a historian agent with a relational database backend.
