Adds a new reference implementation for a zenoh+mqtt setup (imagine an ecu integrated with a cloud component) along with all of the example transport entities for client, service, publisher and subscriber.
What works:
all permutations between MQTT and Zenoh, client, service, publisher, subscriber
Todo:
fix the existing someip-zenoh reference implementation
add an implementation for all three transports that can be configured lowcode via json5 configs (not in this PR)
