Added Oracle source database support

Added Oracle source database support. This will mainly be used for an upcoming port of Easy-To-Oracle to R-language.
Upped SQLite to v3.8.5.

Added support for Presto V0.66 datatypes (date/time/timestamp/interval). Note that a Presto time is mapped to an Oracle timestamp.

• Added support for Presto (Hadoop) databases
• Compiles on Windows

• Included sources for FreeTDS (0.91) in this download (only used in Windows)
