The first draft of the PTX files are in the ptx directory.
index.ptx is the main file
The first step is to look for repeated structural issues.
Little things like non-functioning macros can wait until later.
Warning: at this stage, fixing errors by had should only be done as experimentation.
Assume those change will be over-written. Do not commit those changes.
