This binary release is intended for Jetson TX1 and JetPack 2.2 / L4T R24.1 (aarch64)
It includes pre-compiled Torch, cutorch, cudnn for 64-bit ARM. Download the archive jetson-reinforcement-R241-20160803.tar.gz using the link below, extract on your Jetson TX1, and contained within the jetson-reinforcement/build directory will include the libraries.
