• When showing the switcher, if there is no running app, the first is selected, instead of the second

Some small improvements.

Only change worthy of notice is inclusion of stylesheet.css and support for theming. Favorite app icons have an additional style class 'super-tab-launcher' (nevertheless, the icon opacity is hard coded; seems CSS opacity does not work here).
