Add futureProofEnums config to client preset

Description

Hook TypeScript's futureProofEnums config option to the client preset, which could be really useful without having to redefine typescript plugin.

How Has This Been Tested?

Tested locally. Existing feature available on typescript, but it wasn't hooked up to client-preset.
