  1. Add ability to compare levels between two universes 

    Allows comparisons between different controllers that are expected
to have the same output levels
eg when transferring a show between different consoles using USITT ASCII

Shows colors both sets of levels
Uses the same colors as the flicker finder

  2. Add a button to remove sources that have gone offline 

    Receiver views now don't show offline sources when initially opened
and have a button to clear offline sources from their list.
