Ensemble Forecast for COVID Wave-3 using IISc Model

This is a "jupyter paper" that shows a possibility to write/submit/publish scientific papers as jupyter notebooks. The paper is interactive meaning that you can run the code yourself to reproduce all the results. The code is intermixed with the usual paper's text and figures.
