This PR replaces links of the form
https://github.com/dfinity/nns-dapp/blob/${IC_COMMIT}byhttps://raw.githubusercontent.com/dfinity/nns-dapp/${NNS_DAPP_RELEASE}to make them work. This PR also makes sure that running./cleanup.shon the repository roll backs all changes.
