Description
In order to not break CI every time we release a new dfx version, make it so we can install a specific version of an extension rather than relying on the compatibility matrix.
There is no document for
dfx extensionin docs/cli-reference, so I did not update it.How Has This Been Tested?
Updated CI to use this, and tested locally.
