A simple ticketing system for WordPress. Completely based in the admin panel, you can add this to any existing WordPress install without it taking over your entire website. It has the capabilities to assign ticket status, priority, and has support for multiple technicians. The core of the system is open source and free (as in beer) as well. Simple Desk has additional plugins that can extend the functionality of the base system available at http://simpledesk.io. Additional plugins and services that are available include, ticket creation via email, a point of sales system through Stripe, Fresh Books integration, Google Calendar integration, and much more.
