Support for AliPhysics

This release supports selecting versions from the new AliPhysics package for ALICE.

Clearer user messages

User messages clearly state that the terminal is not on the local machine. This release contains also other minor fixes.

FastJet support for ALICE

Added FastJet support for ALICE. To enable it, define the following variable in the ~/.vaf/vaf.conf configuration file:

export VafFastJetVersion="v2.4.2"

CGAL dependency will automatically be set. If the variable is not defined, FastJet will not be enabled.

First public release

This is the first release being integrated with CernVM 3.
