Halifix Crime Heatmap is an HTML5 animated heatmap visualization of crime for the city of Halifax.
It was created as an entry for the Apps4Halifax contest and recieved second place in its category.
This project is in a working but shuttered state. I've stood it back up and converted many times but the latest (and final) was from Node/Postgres backend to static HTML. This was done to preserve it here with data from 2015-2017.
