Patches Recommended Settings

These patches all use the settings I would recommend, if you want a (not so bugged and) playable experience.
Softlocks and unreachable areas are possible in every seed, until I build a logic that checks for those things.

Settings used:

• Enable Teleport/Fly everywhere
• Disable auto-walking in elite four rooms
• Receive all HMs after receiving the Pokedex
• Disable Petalburg Gym Events

Every .zip contains up to 13 IPS patches with seeds as the container name implies.
