Header Script - 1 Row, 3 Columns
This script was created in response to a StackOverflow request at: http://stackoverflow.com/questions/39016858/make-a-div-with-three-inner-floated-divs-responsive-for-mobile/39020138#39020138
The script is designed to allow for 1 Row and 3 Columns, such as having a slideshow in the header-center area and arrows on the header-left and header-right
