Ubuntu 22.04.2 LTS:
Windows Terminal:
To get this configuration in your local environment you must follow this guide:
Go to fonts folder in this repo and double click to install in Windows:
- MesloLGS NF Regular.ttf
- MesloLGS NF Italic.ttf
- MesloLGS NF Bold.ttf
- MesloLGS NF Bold Italic.ttf
If you don't trust me and don't want to use the fonts in the folder, you can download the original files in --> https://www.nerdfonts.com/
Once installed, open Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS configuration, go to properties:
- Select
MESLO LGS NF
- Size of letters that you want for me 10.
sudo apt-get install zsh
sh -c "$(curl -fsSL https://raw.githubusercontent.com/robbyrussell/oh-my-zsh/master/tools/install.sh)"
git clone --depth=1 https://github.com/romkatv/powerlevel10k.git ${ZSH_CUSTOM:-$HOME/.oh-my-zsh/custom}/themes/powerlevel10k
Execute the command directly in your terminal.
git clone https://github.com/zsh-users/zsh-autosuggestions ${ZSH_CUSTOM:-~/.oh-my-zsh/custom}/plugins/zsh-autosuggestions
git clone https://github.com/zsh-users/zsh-completions ${ZSH_CUSTOM:=~/.oh-my-zsh/custom}/plugins/zsh-completions
git clone https://github.com/zsh-users/zsh-syntax-highlighting.git ${ZSH_CUSTOM:-~/.oh-my-zsh/custom}/plugins/zsh-syntax-highlighting
More sotfware third party:
Download and put the binary in /usr/local/bin/
https://github.com/KittyKatt/screenFetch/wiki/Installation
sudo apt install fzf
git clone https://github.com/wfxr/forgit ${ZSH_CUSTOM:-~/.oh-my-zsh/custom}/plugins/forgit
Now, edit your ~/.zshrc file to activate it.
plugins=(
git
zsh-autosuggestions
zsh-syntax-highlighting
zsh-completions
kubectl
aws
forgit
)
You see that I have also aws and kubectl plugins:
--> (OPTIONAL) AWS-CLI Auto-Completion + FZF + OhMyZSH = https://medium.com/@herryhan2435/using-aws-cli-with-fzf-on-ohmyzsh-ec995ee3784f
sudo apt install exa
Now, edit your ~/.zshrc file to configure alias for ll and llt.
# EXA https://github.com/ogham/exa#installation
alias ll="exa -l -g --icons"
alias llt="exa -1 --icons --tree"
Create a .vimrc file with the following command:
vim ~/.vimrc
This example uses the desert colorscheme: Hold Shift and hit : then type wq to save and quit the file.
syntax on
colorscheme desert

git clone https://github.com/tmux-plugins/tpm ~/.tmux/plugins/tpm
Now create the file:
vim ~/.tmux.conf
