This PR adds three columns to the output of
DESCRIBE PROPERTY GRAPH pgAlso adds a small bit of error handling. Older versions of
__duckpgq_internaltable didn't have thecatalogandschemacolumns. Trying to import those with the updated schema caused anInternalException, which has been fixed.
