- merged cif-hunter into cif-router as threaded asyn process
- threaded out cif-gatherers (asyn)
- hidden "fireball" mode preview to use zmq sockets as default [instead of just REST calls] for submitting data
- cif-store is now a cif-router controlled thread
- cleanup to deployment
- most message passing happens now async
