Hi @VedantK709, as I am sure you are aware, PRs like this are not appropriate for Hacktoberfest and are just spam.

Early on in this project, the Hacktoberfest Swag List was just a list in a Readme file. It grew to a Jekyll site plus a long Readme, then the MkDocs site that it is now.

Please be sure to read the Hacktoberfest participation rules and make meaningful PRs during this holiday.

I am doing Hacktoberfest for first time and I am just in only First Year a senior told me to do like this
I didn't know anything about hacktoberfest , I just did what he said to send Pull Request
and sorry for it
