release version 2020-alpha2
This new data release includes the following additions and changes, compared to the last release (2020-alpha):
- new dataset
friends
(all of season 1, and most of season 2). - improved naming convention in the BIDS raw datasets.
- updated and complete preprocessing using fMRIprep.
- New documentation on data transfer agreement, and how to acknowledge the dataset.
There are still data missing in hcptrt
(2 subjects) and friends
season 02 (some sessions for some subjects). These sessions will be collected and added to the 2020-beta
release. Some initial quality control has been implemented on all data, but further validation of data quality is on-going.
2020-alpha
This is the first (unstable) release of the Courtois NeuroMod documentation, including the following components:
- Datasets
- hcptrt: test-retest task localizers from the Human Connectome Project.
- movie10: ten hours of watching movies (Bourne Supremacy, Wolf of Wall Street, Life, Hidden Figures).
- Access
- All relevant ethics documentation.
- Guide for the NeuroMod DataLad.
- MRI
- Description of functional and anatomical MRI sequences.
- Stimuli presentation.
- Description of some physiological measures (ECG, skin conductance, plethysmograph, respiration)
- Derivatives
- Preprocessed fMRI using fMRIprep
- Authors
- Composition of the team and funding sources.
Note that access to the cneuromod-2020-alpha release is restricted to NeuroMod team member. The first public data release is scheduled in June 2020, and will include several additional datasets, compared to 2020-alpha.
