Grinder 3.13

The Grinder 3.13 bring some update on Grinder 3.11, principally on HTTP Plugin

• Modification on the Console Communication protocol: grinder.inactiveClientTimeOut - defaulted to 300 seconds (30s by default)

• Increase the number of console-service max threads (to 1025)

• HTTP Plugin: Implement PATCH Method.

  • management of the HTTP Status code 205
  • Fix transfer-encoding chunked issue
  • Add Mutual Auth/TrustStore support
  • Disable trail "TE: trailers" by default
  • Removing obsolete Cookie2 causing trouble to Apache - RFC 6265

• Avoid perpetuel console reporting message in INFO level

This Grinder release represents the initial state of the Grinder when we forked it from sourceforge.
