Missing message captions

From README_egallager_mods.txt. All calls to the {MESSAGE} macro should fill in the CAPTION_TEXT parameter when relevant, since using the macro overwrites that field (whereas using the [message] tag directly lets you keep the caption field blank, in which case the message would just use the speaker= tag for the caption instead).

done with doing this for the second half of the campaign; need to go back to the first half to do this there, too

I think I've got all the easy-to-fix ones now; all the remaining ones are ones where it'd end up as saying literally "unit" or "second_unit" or something similar if I just copied the first parameter to the third...
