1.x -- Use __conda_activate reactivate

Honestly, I've been having alot of trouble with the latest conda version

• Conda hanging: Conda is hanging conda-feedstock#250
• Can't release conda build 24.11.2 -- Build 24.11.2 miniforge#701
• I think we should just release this small backport in an attempt to help: __conda_reactivate not found after a fresh install and an update miniforge#700

Checklist

• Used a personal fork of the feedstock to propose changes
• Bumped the build number (if the version is unchanged)
• Reset the build number to 0 (if the version changed)
• Re-rendered with the latest conda-smithy (Use the phrase @conda-forge-admin, please rerender in a comment in this PR for automated rerendering)
• Ensured the license file is being packaged.

Thank you for your patience.

It is unlikely that backporting mamba-org/mamba#3702 fixes the issues you are encountering.

Still #281 will distribute one of the fix.

I will reply in the issues you mention in the description of this PR.
