Description
Added new skullboard commands
/skull stats day|month|year|alltimegets a histogram visualising the distribution of skull reacted posts over these timeframes/skull user @usergets a histogram visualising the distribution of total skullboard posts of each user against that user/skull weekgets the top posts of the weekChanges Made
Added a plotting util using matplotlib
Added additional skullboard.py command functions
Added better logging for command-based errors
