What does it fix?

On add specialisation:

institution field is no longer required as required
institution field is readonly on list (editable only on form)
small refactoring - unifying reset behaviour to improve consistency and object shapes (e.g. acreditedby) - normalization 1st batch
modify formatter to accept objects or strings.

Closes #128

Added and removed specializations
