This commit reintroduces the search functionality in the
Navbarcomponentthat was inadvertently removed due to a merge conflict. The changes include:
Re-added
SearchBarcomponent for desktop viewFixed Search button for mobile view
Ensured search elements are only visible for authenticated users
Resolves Bug: few pr's not showing in the main branch #1464
