Taming:

The camel can be tamed by feeding it 4 wheat.

To do this, select the item and hold right-click while looking at the camel; this will gradually consume the wheat till the camel has been tamed.

A tamed camel will by default follow you wherever you go; if the camel gets stuck, and you are ≥32 blocks away, it will teleport to you.

The camel can be quite slow at times, so you may find it being left behind. To avoid this, simply attach a lead to the camel by R-clicking, and go on your way (to detach the lead press shift + R-click).

R-clicking a tamed camel will make it sit and stay at its position; doing so again will cause the camel to stand back up again and continue following.

*[To be implemented] When a tamed camel is sitting, you are able to access its equipment inventory by pressing shift + R-click. Placing a carpet inside its equipment slot will allow the camel to be ridden, and will allow access to its general inventory

When it is sitting, press alt + R-click to ride the camel; or ctrl + R-click to access its general inventory. Pressing Esc will dismount/exit the inventory.

Breeding

In order to place two camels into the 'love' state, so that they can produce a baby, you simply need to shift + R-click them with a hay bale in hand when they are standing.

General Behaviour

An untamed camel will wander across the land, occasionally stopping to eat some grass or drink some water if some is nearby.

When attacked, it will spit at its assailant much like the llama.
