On April 28, 2008, the first public version of External Import was released. To celebrate its 10th anniversary I would like to invite users of this extension to publish testimonies of their usage on this page. Thank you in advance for your collaboration!
The use of External Import and it's "sister" extensions (svconnector_csv, svconnector_feed) helped me a lot providing easy differential data import from CSV files or RSS feeds. The configuration of an import is easy to do via TCA, and the Backend Module works extremely smooth ! Thanks to François's work, those extensions are always up to date with the last version of TYPO3, making customers happy that they can continue using it.
