Thunderbluff fixes

• delete 1 duplicate object
• update positions for a few objects in TB
• add 4 missing objects

• There aren't many objects in TB, so maybe I'll update the position for the rest later

Strange thing: There are signs (for vendors/trainers etc) and even signposts in TB that don't appear in sniffs or in the cache files. It looks like they do not exist... They are not really important, but the position cannot be updated (if needed) at the moment...
