The Parcel Release Notes

A parcel can contain a file called release-notes.txt. If present, the contents of this file will be be used to populate the releaseNotes fields in the manifest.json, which in turn will be displayed in the CM UI for the parcel. This allows you to communicate any relevant information to the user about the parcel (for example, what bugs are fixed in a new release).

This file can use basic html formatting (such as <br/> tags to insert newlines).
