HYDRA - many headed = multiple jobs?

Psuedo-code/prototype for job submission tool (idmtools?) and usage

See hydra/examples/example.py for sample

Run python setup.py bdist_wheel from the root directory to build the package.

Run pip install dist/hydra-0.1-py3-none-any.whl to install the package.

Run pip install --upgrade hydra-0.1-py3-none-any.whl to upgrade an installed package.

Run python -m hydra.examples.example to run the example.
