As above -- this has to stand out.

It would be good to get the logic behind the calculation established and cite it precisely on the page, as well.
I consider this an urgent task.

Hah, make it "KPI and CTS" and base the calculation only on the info present in the system (and warn about this). Possibly reference #14 . List B-centres (a subset of the KPI centres) that are listed in the SIS, and explain the CTS reqs.

I have prepared an extra page, but I think it may require additional functions and/or somewhat different logic, in some cases, to save on potentially costly queries and just keep their results for multiple uses -- if that makes sense, and only @margaretha can assess that :-)
The visual side of that page would benefit from better styling, I'm sure.

Meeting decision: make KPI #3 less prominent, just mention it at the bottom. Eliza @margaretha will take over for the data access functions. Commit forthcoming.
