  1. Performance: Removes marshalling from NativeToManaged conversions. 

    - Reduce memory allocations in MarshalManagedToNative.
- Convert XSQLDA / XSQLVAR (internals) to structs.
- Appends _STRUCT suffix to XSQLDA / XSQLVAR to make the conversion path easier (can be removed, later).
