• Documentation has moved from the old cmdpack.txt to individual *.txt files, which are formatted with AsciiDoc and are used to generate manpages for installation.
• The banner common to all programs no longer prints operating system information in the version string.
• bin2ecm has unlearned the old "bin2ecm d" and "bin2ecm e" syntax. With the introduction of ecm2bin, this was a little bit confusing.

cmdpack 1.04

A clean-up of the source, moving everything into the top-level and creating a Makefile that can build the programs rather than the ad-hoc shell scripts in place before.

ecm has been renamed to bin2ecm, and the inverse ecm2bin is used for decoding.

This is Neill's last official version before vanishing from the Internet.
