Addition of IHC, background statistics, and compressed memory support

This is a full-featured update release containing a number of improvements in terms of both images supported, metics, tissue detection, and some nice-to-have household items.

First release with upgraded scikit-image

This version uses the latest versions of all dependencies, and compensates for lack of backward compatibility in some of those libraries

Last version before dependencies upgrade

This is the last version which is pinned to scikit-image==0.15.0, subsequent versions of that library are not backward compatible, so we'll pin to newer version going forward and address compatibility
