Setup
- make sure requirements are installed and properly working
- add cmsplugin_simple_youtube to python path
- add 'cmsplugin_simple_youtube' to INSTALLED_APPS
- run 'python manage.py syncdb'
- install jquery fancybox http://fancybox.net/
