Chrome extension that opens new tab with Google search, Clock, Unsplash photo background, Favorite links, Notes and Translation tool.

Introduction

This extension4chrome is a collaborative effort of a remote team of aspiring developers who met on Chingu, an international community of coders. This new chrome tab is built with React. It creates a new homepage which features a Search bar, Translation tool, Favorite links and Notes functionality.

Features

• Display the current date and time - double click changes the format between 12/24h
• Search Google from the custom page
• Display everytime a different photo background from Unsplash
• Read and edit notes the Notes feature
• Save, add and use your favorite links
• Use translation tool Yandex Translate similar to Google translator

We do not collect or share any information you pass to the extension functionalities. We do not use cookies or any other technologies to track users in any way. The saved data are available only locally on your PC if you choose so, or synced to your own account in the cloud. Use of the extension is completely free of charge and no emails are sent from the chrome extension.
