Replace Svelte 3/4 support with Svelte 5, the upcoming version of Svelte.

Svelte 5:

simplifies event delegation
should resolve custom elements attributes hydration issues
has better performance

Closing in favour of #6.

In this branch we tried to convert wrappers to new rune syntax but the result is too unergonomic for the end developer.
