Changes

• Compiled using Qt5 and msvc2017.
• Changed QWebView for QWebEngine.
• Only ffmpeg is available (I'm not sure yet how to include bmp2avi).
• Settings are now saved under the user profile (%AppData%\MJProductions) instead of windows registry.
  • Your old settings might not be used at all.
