Python distutils/setuptools/packaging allows for generating RPM packages which then can be installed on Fedora or Red Hat systems. This adds the necessary metadata to pull in the dependencies of the program without having to install them by hand, a step that people often forget and then the program does not work. We also point out the documentation files in the program to be added to the RPM.
