Various fixes

Problem

• Deleted shot still visible in "Create Shots" Shots section #1627
• Cannot Create or add extra entries to List of Values or Checkbox custom metadata types #1628
• Mark As Read button & individual notification status is broken #1629
• Redundant translation files: fa.js / ja.json
• Outdated npm dependencies.

Solution

• Fix the shot list in the manage shot modal. Refresh it when the modal opens.
• Fix the edit metadata form. Use value directly instead of $refs.
• Fix mark as read on the notifications. Wrong listener used, and fix a loading state.
• Remove legacy translation file.
• Bump minor npm dependencies.
