Problem

  • non-blocking errors appear in browser console.
  • Invalid tile images are preloaded when selecting tasks if previews are not video.

Solution

  • fix silent errors.
  • preload tile only if a movie is selected.

In addition, code refactoring and bump npm dependencies.
