GETTING MORE HELP
There's an excellent reddit community (/r/comicrackusers) with plenty of helpful people who may be able to answer your questions about ComicRackCE and the ComicVineScraper plugin.
A particularly good place to start is the thread for documents and scripts, which you should find pinned to the top of that community's landing page.
